Engines for agriculture machinery

Engines can be devided by the fuel they use into three groups: gasoline, diesel and mixture. Aside of these, there were types that used both gasoline and petroleum.

Further, we can devide engines by the numbers of cylinders on single-cylinder, twin-cylinder, three-cylinder and so on. More cylinders equals more cubic centimeters. Cylinders can be set in line or V-shape.

When buying spare parts consider that there are original and non-original spare parts. Among non-original you can find spare parts of good quality and those of bad quality. Be careful with China and India origin spare parts.

If you are in doubt whether to repair engine or replace it with a new one, check the price of repairment and needed spare parts. It's hard to give evaluation, but if the cost exceeds 1/3 of the new engine's price, start thinking about replacement, especially if the engine is old and has lots of working hours.
